Eligibility and acceptance
By creating an account or using MyLunaCircle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Using MyLunaCircle
MyLunaCircle offers personal cycle logging, diary reflections, educational content, and an invitation-based Bloom Circle. Keep your account credentials private, provide accurate account information, and notify us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service may change as features are added or improved.
Wellness information
MyLunaCircle provides general wellness and educational information. Cycle dates, predictions, symptom information, and horoscope reflections are estimates or general content. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment, a pregnancy test, or a reliable method of contraception. Do not use the app to make urgent medical decisions. For medical concerns, speak with a qualified clinician; for an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Bloom Circle conduct
Only share a daily vibe or note that you are comfortable showing to your connected besties. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, spam, or another person’s private information without permission. We may review reports, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect users. You can report and block people in the app. A person can reconnect after an unblock and a new invitation.
Your content
You retain ownership of the words and information you enter. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to operate the features you choose, including sharing a chosen Bloom Circle update with connected besties. You are responsible for having the rights to content you submit.
Premium subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require Premium access. When an Apple subscription or in-app purchase is offered, the price, billing period, included features, and purchase terms will be shown before you confirm payment. An auto-renewable subscription renews unless it is canceled through your Apple Account settings before the end of the current billing period. Apple manages billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation under its applicable policies. Deleting the app or your MyLunaCircle account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different App Store license is presented with the app.
Outside shopping and affiliate links
Links to physical products are offered by independent merchants. Their prices, availability, fulfillment, returns, warranties, privacy practices, and terms apply. If we may earn a commission from a product link, we will place a clear affiliate disclosure with or near that link. Product references are informational and are not medical endorsements or claims that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a health condition.
Third-party services
MyLunaCircle may link to informational sites, merchants, Apple services, or other third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before providing information or making a purchase.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it available and accurate, but access may be interrupted, information may contain errors, and personal estimates may differ from your actual cycle. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zazy Boy, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on cycle estimates or educational content, or third-party products and services. These Terms do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension, deletion, and ending use
You may stop using the app and delete your account from the Profile or Account page. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address safety risks, violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, or harm to other users. When appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may be brought in court will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in California, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere. Mandatory rights available where you live remain in effect.
Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
