Find help for your account and Bloom Circle. If you need immediate medical help, contact a qualified clinician or local emergency services.
Can’t sign in?
Open the app’s sign-in screen and tap the password reset option. Follow the message sent to the email address on your account.
Need to delete your account?
In the app, go to Profile or Account and choose Delete Account. Deleting the app alone does not delete your online account.
Report or block someone
Use Report update or Block in Besties or Bloom Circle. You can also remove a bestie from your circle.
